Im off on thaat route tomorrow , just hope its not rammed with camper vans and cyclists (August).
Hiya pls tell me how are the caravans to stay with a toddler.? Which option is suitable to stay?
You shoyld not have any problems, just phone before to check as some campsites are adults only
@@JohnnyBurr i checked on the website it says minimum 7 nights stay but i was looking for 2,3 nights. I will call n check with them as i need kitchen access to cook meals

You'll have no problems, just take your time, drive at your own speed and let faster vehicles behind you pass on single track roads by pulling in to the passing places, ENJOY!
It's all about location. We stayed 5 weeks ago and it was cheaper than staying at any Caravan Club site. If only all sites were in places as beautiful as this. To think that I drove past this site to go to Bunree every year for the past 5 years.😉😉
I think there’s a price revolution coming very soon to the all big sites, the first ones will be the big winners👍👍

That part of the coastal route, on a clear, sunny day, is probably my most favourite view in all of Scotland. Hopefully I'll get there again this summer.

In 2022 we did a 3 week circle tour of Scotland going as far north as Orkney and then down to Skye and Harris,, but ran out of time before our flight back from Glasgow. We loved Harris so wanted to return and do all the Outer Hebrides. I will look at the rest of your videos. Thanks@@JohnnyBurr
That’s the key, doing the NC500 and the rest of Scotland without the constraints of time. Go with the flow and don’t preplan you can then take it all in at your own pace and not the clock.
